Jim Jarrett’s international touring phenomena, "Vincent" heads to Edinburgh, Scotland for The International Fringe Festival - officially "the world's greatest arts extravaganza". Jarrett will perform at the festival's premiere venue The Assembly Rooms for the entire month of August. He will be presented in association with Guy Masterson's Theatre Tours International, the most highly visible and awarded company at the Fringe.
